Margaret Howell offers a straightforward return process for items returned in their original, unworn condition within 28 days of receipt. We ensure that every return is handled with the same attention to quality and detail as our garments.
Request a Return
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to notify us of your intent to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
